    If you play a high-resolution, high-frame-rate video in the web version of Fygo Photos and find the screen is black but the video has sound, you can try the following solution.

    Note:

    1. The current web version of Fygo Photos uses the browser's built-in player for video playback, so it depends on the browser's own codec capabilities. We recommend using Chrome, Edge, or similar browsers.
    2. In your browser settings, please enable Hardware Acceleration. This allows the browser to use the device's GPU for graphics rendering, which significantly improves video playback performance and format support.
