  • How to Install the App and Connect to Fygo NAS?

This article explains how to install the Fygo App and connect to your Fygo NAS.

    1. Download and Install the App

    2. Connect to Fygo NAS

    1. Please agree to the Privacy Policy to use the Fygo App.

    2. You can connect to the NAS using the following methods:

      1. Enter IP Address, Domain, or Fygo ID

        • IP Address: After installing and initializing the system, you can find the Fygo NAS IP address in your router's management interface.

        • DDNS Domain: If you have configured a DDNS domain in FygoOS or your router, you can enter the domain URL.

        • Fygo ID: If you have enabled the FygoConnect remote access service in FygoOS, you can enter the Fygo ID to access Fygo NAS. After successful login, FygoConnect will automatically and securely connect to Fygo NAS.

        Note:

        • The default HTTP port for FygoOS is 5666
        • The default HTTPS port for FygoOS is 5667
        • The App uses the default port based on the HTTPS setting. If you have changed the port settings in your router, you need to append the port number after the IP address to access Fygo NAS correctly, e.g., 192.168.41.459:port_number;
        • Fygo ID does not require a port number.
      2. Discover Devices on LAN

After entering the App, tap Discover Devices on LAN to open the search list. It will automatically discover and display Fygo NAS devices on the same local network. Select the NAS device you want to connect to.

        Note:

        • The Discover Devices on LAN feature requires local network access permission to be enabled on your device.
      3. Login History

If there are previous login records on this device, you can use Login History to quickly fill in the access and account information.
