Unable to Complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
If you have replaced or lost your phone and cannot access the OTP key, you can still disable Two-Factor Authentication for your account to restore login access. Choose one of the following methods based on your situation:
Disable via Emergency Verification Code
When your account has a Security Email configured, you can click Unable to Access on the second-step verification screen. The system will send a one-time Emergency Verification Code to your configured Security Email. Check your email and enter the Emergency Verification Code to complete login.

After logging in, go to the Personal Settings page to disable and reconfigure Two-Factor Authentication.

Disable via Trusted Device Login
You can log in through a trusted device. Trusted devices do not require entering a one-time password (OTP). After logging in, go to the Personal Settings page to disable and reconfigure Two-Factor Authentication.

Contact Another Administrator to Disable
If your device has multiple administrators, you can contact any administrator to disable Two-Factor Authentication for your account.
