1. How to purchase a License
Please go to the official website to purchase.
2. Can I continue using FygoOS after the license expires?
Yes, you can continue using it.
After purchasing a license, you receive the right to use the FygoOS software. The license validity period depends on the version you purchased. After the license expires, the software can still be used, but some features will be restricted.
Trial and Plus will be downgraded to Free after expiration:
- The number of users will be limited to up to 3.
- The number of available drives / storage devices will be limited to up to 4.
- Apps installed from App Center will become unavailable after the license expires.
Lifetime:
- Permanently valid.
- Unlimited users.
- Unlimited storage devices.
- Full App Center features available.
- Includes lifetime updates.
3. Is FygoOS subscription-based?
No. FygoOS is a one-time purchase product:
- Plus is a one-time payment for 1 year of full access.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment and is permanently valid.
- Trial is a 30-day free trial.
- Free is always free.
4. Do I need a Fygo account to purchase a license?
You do not need to log in to a Fygo account when purchasing, but you need a Fygo account when activating the license.
If there is an issue with the license, you can sync the license from the cloud back to the NAS through your Fygo account.
5. How is the number of storage devices counted?
The number of storage devices covers all volume drives, including:
- Internal drives
- External drives
Not included:
- SSD cache
- Hot spare drives
6. What should I do if the License status is abnormal?
When the license status is abnormal, first make sure the device is connected to the network, then sync from your cloud account.

7. What should I do if the License status is abnormal and cannot sync correctly?
- Confirm whether the Fygo Account is entered correctly and whether the Fygo Account has been changed.
- If you replaced the motherboard or system drive, or formatted the system drive when reinstalling the system, the NAS ID may be lost. In this case, go to the official website - Support and submit a ticket to contact customer support for recovery.
