How to create a new user?
On FygoOS, you can create multiple user accounts to allow multiple people to share the NAS.
1. Open the settings page
Log in with an administrator account, go to System Settings > User Management > Users, and click Add User.

2. Enter account information
User Type: Choose between two roles: Administrator and Standard User. For details on the differences between roles, see What is the difference between administrator and standard user permissions?.
Username: Special characters and spaces are not allowed. It cannot start with "-".
Note: Optional.
Password: Must be at least 6 characters and include at least 2 of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Click Use Random Password to generate a random password and automatically copy it to the clipboard.

3. Add the user to a user group
You can choose whether to add the new user to an existing user group. To create a user group, go to System Settings > User Management > User Groups > Add User Group.
4. Set available volumes and quotas
You can configure which volumes this user is allowed to access. To remove a volume that you do not want the user to access, click the × button. Administrators can access all volumes on the system.
The storage quota for each volume is unlimited by default, but you can manually enter a value to set a limit.

5. Finish creating the user
After the user is created, you can view the user's volume usage in the user details and perform actions such as editing, disabling, or deleting the user.
